Customised Project Solutions has a range of motion control systems that range from our CP Automation Platform (CPAP) which is a full motion graphic control platform with cue based playback through to a basic variable speed remote that is perfect for grid systems and installations of multi motor systems.
CPAP was designed with the entertainment industry in mind making programming easy and fast, and can interface with other systems accepting cue triggers via DMX, and providing positional information via DMX, RS-485 or RS-232.
Variable speed drives can be fitted to almost any standard chain hoist to give you variable and positioning with only minimal changes need to your existing motor.
CP Solutions offer conversion kits for most major manufacturers of chain hoists and once converted the hoists can be run as a standard low voltage control motor or variable speed. This enables flexibility of use, without having to dedicate motors to an automation system.

Two Point Fly
The Two Point Fly handpiece is a basic variable speed controller, that gives independant speed and direction control of two motors.
It is an ideal entry level system for performer flying, or basic revolve and winch control.
With the addtion of a laptop and control interface, positional control and system monitioring (including loadcell) can be implemented, providing a complete BVG-C1 system.
CP Solutions VSD Handpiece is based on our standard 8 way handpiece, and provides a basic, non-positioning control option for variable speed motors.
It has global Speed, Acceleration and Deceleration controls and is ideal for small multi-motor grids as it ensure that all motors run at the same speed regardless of load.
With the addition of a laptop and control interface, basic positional control and system monitoring (incl load cell) become available bringing the system up to BVG-C1.
